6:00 PM

Meeting started at 6:00 pm.
In attendance: Roger, Mark, Ruth, Jeremy, Erin, Deb

Welcome: Introductions were made.

Guest Presentation: First presentation was given by Andrew Peters, Play Focused Solutions at 6:15 pm. Andrew presented his ideas and design for the playground equipment. Andrew presented a video and layout of possibilities. Warranties were similar to other companies.

Guest Presentation: Second presentation given by Ty Calkins, BCI Burk Playground Systems at 7:00pm. Ty presented booklets, layouts and a display board as the new equipment would look at the park. Warranties were similar to other companies.

Discuss 4 Bids to Date – After the meeting the 4 bids were discussed: Gerber, Lee, Play Focused Solutions, and Burk. Lee and Burk were selected to do a requite by Monday. Deb would contact all the companies and ask Lee and Burk to resubmit their plans.
The committee agreed that if new quotes and layouts could be reviewed by the Monday (3/8) board meeting, a recommendation would go to the board. Budget currently stands at $9,000 per Mark.
