REGULAR BOARD MEETING-- April 12, 2010 ****DRAFT****

The meeting was called to order at 7:30 PM. All board members were present but treasurer. 8 citizens were present also.
March minutes were approved, motion Zweifel/ Gundlach.
Treasurer report- balance at the end of March was $230,412.27. Park donations to date- $5,605, this was collected in the month of March by Roger.
Motion to approve Gundlach/ Zweifel.
Clerk announced the Prevailing wage determination for the 2010-2011 TRIP project had been approved by the state. Also announced was the invitation to the Senior Citizen celebration luncheon.

COMM. UPDATES

PARK- Roger informed the board that the committee would be meeting in the afternoon of April 27th to site a spot for the placement of the playground equipment. That will be installed by Memorial weekend.

RECYCLING CENTER- Marc Peterson stated the large item fee went into effect April 3, 2010. He has had one person pay to dispose of a large roll of carpet thus far. Very few complaints noted mostly support.

OLD BUSINESS

SALT SHED- Alton discussed the salt sheds visited by the board and had not heard from Cleary buildings yet in regards to an estimate. Desired size of the shed is 32 x 40 feet. There are not any cost figures yet.

NEW BUSINESS

JERRY WETTACH- Jerry's daughter was present to discuss the request for the creation of 3 lots by Jerry. After a brief discussion and review of the paperwork Roger made the motion to approve the recommendation made by the Plan Commission for the creation of the 3 lots, one of the lots would include the existing buildings. Mark second the motion, all ayes, motion approved.

SUNSET RIDGE RD RESIDENTS- The residents have requested a meeting with the board to discuss in detail the steps to follow for private/ public road approval. A meeting will be set up for Tuesday, April 27, at 7:30 PM.

Bills were reviewed and approved, motion Gundlach/ Zweifel.
Motion to approve Zweifel/ Gundlach.
Meeting adjourned at 8:10 PM.
